Equal Opportunity Policy Statement
It is HeadStart Training's policy not to discriminate against anyone it works with or delivers services to (whether through training methods or materials used) on the basis of their gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, disability or age, pregnancy or trade union membership. HeadStart Training still endeavour to ensure clients, partners or associates shall not be disadvantaged by any policies or conditions which cannot be justified as necessary for delivery of its services.
HeadStart Training shall, at all times, strive to work within legislative requirements as well as promote best practice. HeadStart Training is committed to make this policy effective and to ensuring anyone acting on its behalf agrees with and abides by this statement. It shall also endeavour to ensure anyone acting on its behalf has received on a regular basis appropriate training in equal opportunities. Kirsten Tate of HeadStart Training, in particular, has received local authority training in equal opportunities throughout the course of her professional career.

Health and Safety Policy Statement
HeadStart Training is committed to effective health and safety management and is committed to ensuring its clients', partners' and associates' health and welfare are treated with all due care.
HeadStart Training is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of all persons who may be affected by its services. It seeks to do this by providing, managing and maintaining an environment and facilities which are (so far as reasonably practicable), safe and fit for purpose. To this end HeadStart Training confirms it will undertake all necessary risk assessments in relation to the delivery and performance of its services.
HeadStart Training undertakes to continually review and develop safety management systems, with the overarching aim of conducting its services in a manner which does not affect the health and safety of any clients, partners or associates.
HeadStart Training confirms it has all appropriate insurances in place and undertakes it (or anyone acting on its behalf) will observe and accommodate all health and safety practices of its clients and at locations at which it delivers its services.
